The Challenge

Axios needed updated headshots for 300+ employees during a company retreat, followed by corporate lifestyle photography for an Adweek feature. All while maintaining the visual consistency and editorial sharpness the brand is known for.
Approach

Built a two-station headshot machine to process lines efficiently across two days on-site. Following the retreat, we produced lifestyle photography that showcased Axios' culture, workspace, and editorial energy for use in the Adweek piece and across internal materials.
The Result

Delivered a unified visual system that strengthened brand cohesion across the organization, supported recruitment and internal storytelling, and provided polished imagery for one of the industry's most visible publications.
